BLACKLIST INTERNATIONAL's run in reaching the finale of the MPL Philippines has now reached its end.
From Seasons 10 until the 12th, the Codebreakers were on a streak and it didn't matter how many times their roster changed as they ended up in grand finals of the MPL.
But now in Season 13, Blacklist did make it to the playoffs and produce a worthy run, though their efforts were left to dust as the team was eliminated by RSG PH, 3-1, ultimately ending their MSC 2024 dreams.
The series saw a gritty RSG produce miracles, evident in Game 2 when Arvie "Aqua" Antonio teleported straight to the opponent's base and capitalized on a winning opportunity.
It likewise saw the Codebreakers experiment on a random roam Helcurt pick from Salic "Hadji" Imam, which some members from the community questioned.
It was indeed a painful loss for the team, as seen from the tears flowing from the team and even for the fans who have supported the Codebreakers from their ups-and-downs.
Fans react to Blacklist's playoff exit
While this is a heartbreaking moment for Agents and fans of Blacklist, there are some positives to be seen. Some fans even praised Hadji for stepping up as the team's leader.
And with Blacklist already eliminated, there are some questions to be raised in the offseason. Will Johnmar "OhMyV33nus" Villaluna, Danerie James "Wise" Del Rosario, and Renejay "Renejay" Barcarse return?
If they do how will Blacklist lineup especially with a team blessed with talented roamers.
