WWE mum on TV5 move, offers shortened version of Raw on YouTube for PH viewers
WWE has announced that it will provide a shortened version of its flagship program Raw for Philippine viewers on YouTube for the meantime as it works on finding a new TV carrier in the country.

THE WWE declined to comment on the impending move of the company's programming to TV5 following the recent announcement of Fox Sports that it will no longer air programs of the sports entertainment promotion.

On Tuesday, TV5 posted on its Twitter account a WWE logo and a hashtag #WWEonTV5, hinting that it will air the promotion's shows starting April 30.

But WWE remained mum on the move, and instead announced that it will provide a shortened version of its flagship program Raw for Philippine viewers on YouTube for the meantime as it works on finding a new TV carrier in the country.

According to a WWE representative which spoke to SPIN.ph on Wednesday, the company will be posting a 90-minute version of the thre-hour long weekly show that Philippine viewers can watch on their YouTube channel.

The WWE also confirmed it is already exploring other options after the promotion and Fox failed to come to terms on an extension as "WWE did not receive an offer that aligned with the value of Raw," the popular show aired in the US every Monday since 1993.
