FILIPINO fighters Crisanto Pitpitunge and Jenel Lausa battle for the flyweight belt in the main event of a heavy PXC 51 fight card on Saturday in the mixed martial arts outfit’s first-ever event at Solaire Resort and Casino.

Nine fights are set in the first of a four-event deal between PXC and Solaire Resort and Casino.

“It’s a momentous event for PXC. We are excited about this because this is one of the most stacked cards we have ever produced,” said PXC director for fight operations Robert San Diego.

Bantamweight Kyle Aguon of Guam defends his bantamweight title against Kwan Ho Kwak of South Korea in the co-main event.

A former bantamweight champion, Pitpitunge is looking to win on a different weight class after a quick knockout win over Alvin Cacdac in a non-title fight last year.

Rolando Dy takes on Miguel Mosquera in a featherweight bout, while Rex De Lara, coming off a victory in Laban MMA Baguio last month, takes on Stephen Loman.

Ernie Braca and Emilio Urrutia battle in the bantamweight class, while Jon Cris Corton takes on Farmon Gafarov in the flyweight division.

Other bouts have Wesley Machado facing off with Sho Kogane in the featherweight division, Nao Yoneda against Han Seul Kim in the welterweight, and Gina Iniong and Vanessa Fernandez in the women’s strawweight.
