THE Ultimate Fighting Championship has made this year’s Fight Night card in the Philippines slightly more affordable to for Filipino MMA fans.

After tickets were sold from as low as P1,590 to as high as P13,250 in inaugural staging of the world’s premier mixed martial arts organization in the country last year, the UFC has trimmed the prices to this year’s edition headlined by BJ Penn against Ricardo Lamas in a featherweight bout.

A check at the SM Tickets website has tickets to Fight Night Manila on October 15 selling as low as P1,350 (General Admission) to as high as P12,500 (VIP).

Patron seats are sold P9,500 each, Lower Box A at P7,200, Lower Box B at P6,000, and Upper Box at P2,350 each for the card that features the main event pitting the returning BJ Penn against fourth-ranked featherweight Ricardo Lamas.

Fans can even get an early-bird discount until Tuesday with tickets prices, except for VIP seats, getting 10 percent off.

UFC Asia is expected to officially announce the tickets prices in a press conference on Wednesday.
