KIKO Matos admitted it wasn’t urine that he sprayed on Baron Geisler during the weigh-in as the actors tried to draw attention to their exhibition bout at URCC Fight Night at the Valkyrie.

It was beer, Matos swore.

"Beer po ‘yung laman nung bote. Sinabi ko lang pong ihi para magkaroon ng ingay. Linagyan ko ng beer. Hindi po ihi ‘yun. Bastos po ‘yun. Pang-asar lang po,” said Matos after their exhibition fight that ended in a draw.

During their face-off after the weigh-in, Matos took out something from his pants back pocket, then blurted out, “Inumin mo ihi ko,” before spraying the liquid toward Geisler.

“Beer lang po ‘yun and all for show,” said Matos.

Matos, who was usually quiet during the build-up before the exhibition match, said he enjoyed the moment when he sprayed the liquid on Geisler.

“Even in the interviews before, I didn’t say much what my game plan and what my strategy and training is. I just want to be a character na maasar din si Baron para isipin din niya na matatakot din siya. I just want to shut up every time na humihirit siya.

“Pero I think it was fun din na sumasagot din ako sa kanya lalo na nung inisprayan ko siya ng so-called ihi pero beer lang po talaga,” said Matos.

Matos and Geisler fought to a 19-19 unanimous draw in a fight that was arranged after the two figured in a bar brawl, a video of which went viral on social media. Following the fight, Matos and Geisler said they have buried the hatchet.

Matos was happy to have experienced fighting in an MMA environment.

“I just want to have fun. Di bale na draw o matalo, basta ang importante, hindi ako sumuko at tinapos ko ’yung laban,” said Matos.
