EDUARD Folayang and Ana Julaton face tough opposition in One FC: Warrior’s Way next month at MOA Arena.

Former Asian games wushu silver medalist Folayang, who won his last two fights via unanimous decision, battles Russia’s Timofey Nastyukhin, who has scored six straight first-round stoppages, in the Dec. 5 event.

Julaton, meanwhile, tries to bounce back from a loss to Ann Osman in One FC 19 as she takes on Egypt’s Walaa Abas, who has scored two straight technical knockout wins although she hasn’t fought since summer of last year.

Former wushu world champion Rene Catalan, winless in two MMA fights who hasn’t seen action since last year, goes up against Muay Thai world champion Dejdamrong Sor Amnuaysirichoke. The Thai fighter is unbeaten in three bouts, the last a second-round win over Saiful Merican in One FC 21 just last month.

Folayang has an impressive record of 14 wins and four losses, outpointing highly touted Vincent Latoel in December last year and former One FC lightweight champion Kotetsu Boku in May.

Julaton started her MMA career with a TKO of Abas’ stablemate Aya Saied Saber but lost to Osman via split decision in May.
