ONE FC bantamweight champion Bibiano Fernandes defends his title against undefeated Korean Dae Hwan Kim, while former UFC fighter Brandon Vera makes his debut in the Asian MMA outfit against Igor Subora of Ukraine in One FC: Warrior’s Way on Dec. 5 at MOA Arena.

Heavyweight fighters Vera and Subora have been out for a year and are expected to go all out for the win.

The 37-year-old Vera, nicknamed “The Truth”, last fought in August of last year in the US, bowing to Ben Rothwell in UFC 164.

A familiar fighter in the Philippines as part of the local MMA outfit URCC, Subora won his last fight but that was in November of last year against Filipino fighter Marcus Valda.

“Brandon Vera is a global Filipino mixed martial arts superstar and ONE FC will finally give fans in the Philippines the opportunity to see him in action live for the first time,” said One FC CEO Victor Cui.

Fernandes has won eight straight fights, with a 16-3-0 record, while Dae Hwan Kim has 10 wins and a draw.

Kim earned the shot at Fernandes when he defeated Kevin Belingon of the Philippines in One FC 14 in March.

Fans around Asia can catch all the action live on FOX Sports 3. Fight fans from around the world can also witness the action online via live streaming at for US$9.99.
