COACH Randell San Gregorio said he is more than satisfied with how the Far Eastern University (FEU) Cheering Squad performed in the UAAP cheerdance competition.
Second place after a championship is okay, according to the veteran choreographer.
"So okay pa rin at least we can go toe to toe with them kasi dati pag nabuo nila uwian na. At least ngayon kaya na namin sumabay sa kanila," said San Gregorio.

"Yun naman yung goal kasi ever since yung magkaroon ng fighting chance at least ngayon may window na bumubukas. We’ll keep pushing ganun lang talaga. Back to the drawing board para hopefully manalo ulit next year," he continued.
Using the music of Francis Magalona, FEU got 719 points, just four behind NU.
The coach tipped his hat off to the performers for job well done.
"Hindi naman namin to magagawa without the competing team. Laging sila yung sentro nya. Like what I always tell them, you can compete without a coach but a coach can never compete without a team," remarked San Gregorio.
"So laging sila yung sentro niyan e. What we do as coaches is we guide them."
