LAS VEGAS - With no serious damage on him in the aftermath of his knockout loss to rival Juan Manuel Marquez, Manny Pacquiao bares he can be available for a possible ring return as early as four months from now.
"By April pwede na," said Pacquiao before making the trip back to Los Angeles on Sunday (Monday, Manila time).
Save for some bruises and traces of dried blood in his lips, Pacquiao didn't look like someone who had waged war with Marquez for six savage rounds of toe-to-toe exchanges that ended with him unconscious on the canvas.
That Pacquiao is eyeing an April comeback is understandable.

Although he is seeking a second term unopposed, the boxing hero is trying to consolidate his political footing in his province with wife Jinkee running for the vice-governorship of the province and a brother eyeing a congress seat.
