MACAU – The stars are coming, both international and local, to see Manny Pacquiao in the flesh as he stakes his World Boxing Organization (WBO) welterweight title against Chris Algieri on Sunday noon at the Cotai Arena here.
Hollywood superstars Sylvester Stallone Arnold Schwarzenegger lead the stellar cast of personalities expected to be at ringside when Pacquiao fights for the second time in this former Portuguese colony in about a year.
Others coming Tinseltown includes Jermaine Jackson of the famed Jackson Five and comedian Dave Chappelle.
Meanwhile, among the local celebrities already spotted here were action star Philip Salvador, rapper Andrew E, Cavite vice-governor Jolo Revilla, Hayden Kho, and the entire Kia Motors team of which Pacquiao serves a playing coach.
Last year, football icon David Beckham flew here from the US to personally watch Pacquiao make his comeback fight against American Brandon Rios.
