HOLLYWOOD – A few hours before he flew back to Manila, Manny Pacquiao made one daring vow.

“Nothing to worry about, we will rise again,” said Pacquiao, before leaving his elegant house near Hancock Park in Los Angeles on the way to the LAX Airport on Monday night (Tuesday, Manila time).

Pacquiao is going home fresh from the worst loss of his career – a sixth-round knockout against longtime rival Juan Manuel Marquez which the Mexican warrior punctuated with a sensational 'perfect punch.'

Together with wife Jinkee, relatives, and close friends, Pacquiao is expected to come home to a hero’s welcome early Wednesday morning (Manila time) in time for son Michael's birthday.

Pacquiao turns 34 on December 17 and he plans to celebrate his birthday with another grand celebration in General Santos City.

Three days later on December 20, the Pacquiao family will leave for Israel and spend the Christmas holidays in the Holy Land.

They will return to the Philippines on January 1.
