MANNY Pacquiao gets the chance to avenge the most controversial loss of his boxing career as he made Timothy Bradley the chosen one for his first fight in 2014 this April.
“Bradley na,” Pacquiao close pal Gerry Penalosa confirmed to Spin.ph.

“Bradley na." - Gerry Penalosa, a close friend and business associate of Manny Pacuiao
Penalosa, the retired two-time world champion who now co-promotes fights together with Pacquiao under the Mags-Pacman Promotions, was with the 35-year-old Pacquiao in General Santos City the other day before the future Hall of Famer proceeded to Cebu for another round of fundraising for victims of typhoon Yolanda.
“Diretso siya Bohol afterwards, may service at konting politics,” Penalosa added.
In what was easily one of the most controversial decisions in boxing history, Pacquiao lost to Bradley by split decision in June of 2012 to relinquish his World Boxing Organization (WBO) welterweight title.
Pacquiao lost by scores of 115-113, 115-113, 113-115 despite clearly dominating the 12-round fight.
The rematch is set for April 12 at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas.
Top Rank Promotions has yet to make the fight official although promoter Bob Arum earlier indicated a press tour will likely be held to drumbeat the fight.
