BOXING legend and Olympic gold medalist Oscar De La Hoya is to be inducted into the International Boxing Hall of Fame on June 8.
"I am honored and appreciative to be chosen, and I thank everyone who has been a part of this journey with me," De La Hoya said in a statement released by the Hall of Fame on Wednesday (Thursday, Manila time)
Puerto Rican star Felix “Tito” Trinidad and Joe Calzaghe will join De La Hoya at the induction ceremony in Canastota, New York.
