Want to bring home Pacquiao-Mayweather merchandise from Vegas? It will cost you
Like anything that has to do with the Manny Pacquiao-Floyd Mayweather fight, merchandise sold in Las Vegas also comes at a high price. Jerome Ascano

LAS VEGAS – Tickets are not the only item selling like hotcakes ahead of Saturday’s (Sunday, Manila time) welterweight title unification scrap between Manny Pacquiao and Floyd Mayweather Jr.

Merchandize are a big hit, too.

From shirts to caps to jackets, just about everything that has the imprint of both prominent fighters is pricey and yet is being gobbled in the stands with just a day left before the richest fight in boxing history finally happens at the MGM Grand Garden Arena.

The black jacket with the image of both Pacquiao and Mayweather adorning the back, is so far the most expensive in the market at US$400, while shirts which carry unique designs such as MVP (MayweatherVsPacquiao), THE (TheBEstEver), 47-1, and TMT(TheMoneyTeam) range from a high of $65 to $25.

Posters are being sold at $20, and so does the replica of the Philippine flag, head band, and wrist band.

But at least, souvenir items can also be acquired for free such as the poster being given by Tecate and the rolling fan sign which has the bold words PACQUIAO written on it and the hashtag MayPac.
