JUST a week after airing his frustration over Manny Pacquiao’s failure to rehab his injured shoulder in the US, Top Rank chief Bob Arum said he is now convinced his prizefighter can return to action this year.

Arum said he has received a video from Pacquiao, and he is pleased with the progress of the Filipino fighter after suffering a torn rotator cuff on his right shoulder during his preparation for his fight against Floyd Mayweather Jr.

“He sent us a video and the therapists are stunned at his progress. They said he could be back at the end of this year,” Arum told Thaboxingvoice.com.

Arum also said reigning World Boxing Organization junior welterweight champion Terence Crawford could be a possible opponent for Pacquiao in the future.
