It's been four years since Pacquiao and Roach, one of boxing's most successful tandems, worked together at the famed boxing gym in Los Angeles to prepare for a championship fight that unfortunately, ended in a unanimous decision loss to Yordenis Ugas for the WBA 147lbs belt.
Now Pacquiao, Roach, and Filipino trainer Buboy Fernandez will try to do it again, with the hope of winning another title anew and adding to their legacy.

"This is the beginning of a new chapter. I'm motivated, I'm inspired, and I'm ready to show the world that I still have what it takes," said Pacquiao in a statement that officially signalled his decision to unretire from boxing.
Pacquiao, now 46, hung up his gloves after losing to Ugas in 2021. He is coming off two elections losses in the Philippines - first in the Presidential derby of 2022 where he finished a far third and the midterm polls last May where he ended up 18th and well outside the Top 12 in the senatorial race.
The only fighter to win titles in eight boxing divisions began his day by running and doing shadowboxing at the Pan Pacific Park.
