MANNY Pacquiao has graced the cover of Sports Illustrated - well sort of.
Pacquiao and Floyd Mayweather graced the special double cover issue of the preeminent American sports magazine for May - with the unbeaten Mayweather featured in the front cover and Pacquiao in the back.
The special issue speaks volumes about the magnitude of the May 2 (May 3, Manila time) fight, which SI billed as the 'Fight of the Century' in a story on its website announcing the release of the magazine's latest edition.
It is rare that SI ventures outside the favorite American sports of gridiron football, baseball, and basketball for its cover.
