SAN ANTONIO - When Errol Spence Jr defends his IBF welterweight title against Mikey Garcia on March 16 at the AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas, Philippine Senator Manny Pacquiao will likely be at ringside according to multiple reports.

With Floyd Mayweather dragging his feet on a possible rematch with the Filipino icon, Spence's name has been tossed as one of the candidates to fight Pacquiao, who holds the WBA version of the 147-pound crown.

The unbeaten Spence (24-0 with 21 KOs) is heavily favored to beat Garcia who is also unbeaten in 39 bouts with 30 stoppages. Enjoying a three-and-a-half inch in height and four inches in reach, Spence is hoisted as a -450 favorite over Garcia, a plus 350 underdog.
