KENNETH Llover tries to end 2025 on a high note, as he stakes his OPBF bantamweight title against Ayati Sailike of China Saturday at the Aichi Sky Expo in Tokoname, Japan.
The 22-year-old undefeated Filipino made weight during the official weigh-in on Friday, keeping his weight in check despite the holiday season.
Llover tipped in at the bantamweight limit of 118lbs. while Sailike came in at a light 116.5lbs.

The second defense of Llover’s regional title serves as co-main event of the IBF world flyweight fight between reigning champion Masamichi Yabuki of Japan and Nicaraguan challenger Felix Alvarado.
Llover arrived with trainer Dindo Campo, strength and conditioning coach Alex Ariza, and promoter Gerry Penalosa in Japan on Dec. 23.
It will be the Filipino’s third fight in Japan, as he’s also co-promoted by Kameda Promotions.
Big 2025 for Llover
It’s been a busy year for Llover, with this being his fourth time inside the ring in 2025 after victories vs. Keita Kurihara in his first defense of the OPBF belt, two-time world champion Luis Concepcion, and Luciano Francisco Baldor.
Llover won all three fights via stoppages that raised his unblemished record to 16-0 with 11 KOs.
He is coming off a first round knockout of Baldor last October in Kyrgyzstan.
The 29-year-old Sailike, a Chinese southpaw, has a 12-9-3 record (5 KOs), and is coming off a split decision against Indonesian Oky Akbar in Bangkok last September.
