JOHN Riel Casimero provided a ‘colorful’ postfight interview following his victory over Guillermo Rigondeaux in their World Boxing Organization (WBO) bantamweight title bout in Carson, California.
Casimero was asked by sportscaster Jim Gray on what’s his preferred opponent for his next bout after his split decision win over Rigondeaux.
To make his point, Casimero showed three fingers representing his plan for his career in front of a live television audience.
“This is my plan. Three people. First, Rigondeaux finished. Second, Donaire. And next, Inoue,” said Casimero.
He folded his ring finger as he said "Rigondeaux" finished, then folded another to leave his middle finger up as he mentioned Donaire and Inoue.
Gray responded by saying: “That was colorful.”

The three fighters are the champions of the other boxing organizations, with Inoue being the International Boxing Federation (IBF) and The Ring titlist, and the World Boxing Association (WBA) super champion.
Rigondeaux, on the other hand, holds the WBA regular championship.
Donaire also holds a title belt in the World Boxing Council (WBC), although he was actually scheduled to fight Casimero on Saturday (Sunday Manila time) but pulled out after a dispute over VADA (Voluntary Anti-Doping Association), among others.
