MANNY Pacquiao will take a beating from Floyd Mayweather Jr. so much that the Filipino boxer will quit their fight.
That is the belief of Mayweather's outspoken father Floyd Sr. in an interview with Marcos Villegas of Fight Hub, a story of which was posted on Boxingscene.com.
“I ain’t gonna just speak on what I think it's gonna be. I'm just gonna say that some things that, more than likely he gonna get hit with, some real good things,”
“Some good things, and, you know, and he might retreat. When I say retreat - he might take a knee. And then say - 'don't want no more.' Over," Mayweather Sr. said.
Mayweather Sr. cited Pacquiao's last fight against Juan Manuel Marquez, when he was knocked out in the sixth round.
Marquez was one of the fighters Mayweather Jr. had defeated.
"I don't see nothing that Pacquiao got. Matter of fact, all the fights he fought with Marquez, all them was close fights. Floyd beat that guy so easy, man. It's crazy.
"I just don't see the fight. I can see him running into so many things. I know what Floyd do, so, hey, I'm pretty sure he's gonna do what Floyd want him to do," Mayweather Sr. said.
