The unbeaten boxer who kept Manny Pacquiao waiting for so long for a title fight did the same for members of the Philippine media who were invited to his press conference at Resorts World Manila on Tuesday.
Call time for the unbeaten retired champion's prescon was 3 p.m., but until 10 in the evening - and counting - there was no sign of Mayweather at the Grand Bar Lounge of the hotel located in Pasay City.
Among those kept waiting was former volleyball star Gretchen Ho, who is seen shooting hoops in a makeshift court to while the time away.

Mayweather just arrived from a vacation in Boracay early Tuesday morning and in the afternoon graced a press conference presenting him as the new ambassador of the Belo Clinic, the skin care center owned by Dra. Vicki Belo.
From there, he was supposed to go straight to his own presscon, but instead proceeded to Greenbelt Mall in Makati to visit Louis Vuitton and Nike stores, according to insiders.
When it was finally announced that Mayweather was already in the hotel area, it was learned that he and his entourage were on their way to the Mall of Asia to have a late dinner.
Management of Resorts World Manila has repeatedly apologized for the delay.
