FLOYD Mayweather Jr. is looking to take on Andre Berto in a fight that won’t be on pay per view, according to reports.
“The scrap will be marketed as a ‘give back,’ an ice cream cone for fans bummed by getting wallet burned watching #MayPac,” says Michael Woods of The Sweet Science.
The article posted on Tuesday (Wednesday, Manila time) says the fight will be on Sept. 12. Woods said Showtime has no comment on the rumored fight.
