MACAU – Jerwin Ancajas pulled off an impressive third round knockout of Fadhili Majiha in the undercard of the Manny Pacquiao-Chris Algieri world welterweight title fight at the Cotai Arena here on Sunday.
The native of Panabo City, Davao Del Norte scored on combinations to send his Tanzanian opponent down for his 14th career knockout.
The 22-year-old Filipino southpaw, handled by Pacquiao trainer Nonoy Neri, improved his record to 22-1-1 as he kept his winning streak to six.
Majiha, 21, fell to 15-6-4 (7 KOs).
The bantamweight fight was scheduled for eight rounds.
