CARLO Biado booked a return trip to the World 9-Ball Championship final after beating Shane Van Boening of the US, 11-6, on Thursday in Doha, Qatar.
Biado won six of the final seven racks to claim the semifinal victory and keep alive his bid to win back-to-back titles.
The Filipino player started out with a 5-1 lead but Van Boening tied the match before Biado pulled away.
The winner will receive US$40,000 (around P2.1 million).
