XAVIER School won the 2016 Private Schools Athletic Development Association Midgets crown in with an 88-67 win over Don Bosco Makati at the San Beda College gym.
Behind Ryley Tuason, John Durante and Marcus Van Straten, Xavier roared to a 17-0 lead and cruised to victory.
Tuason was almost unstoppable he scored 27 points, while Van Straten and Keith Wongchuking combined for 21 points.
Aside from their torrid shooting, Xavier forced Don Bosco to commit numerous turnovers with its defensive pressure.

The Stallions won all their games in the eliminations and earned an outright semis berth against Marist School.
