Kobe Palencia had 17 points, seven rebounds, four assists and four steals, while Bismarck Lina added nine points and 10 rebounds for the Tiger Cubs, who reached the finals as the fifth seeds.
UST faces Adamson in the final on Saturday.
San Beda Alabang beat Letran, 72-64, to advance to the 15-under division final against Xavier School.
Joshua Yee and Gian Samonte each had 14 points for San Beda Alabang.
Xavier beat La Salle-Zobel, 57-49, in the semifinals of the midgets 13-under division. Peeco Napenas had 21 points and 12 rebounds for Xavier, which will battle San Sebastian for the title.
Karol Go had 19 points and 11 steals as Ateneo beat Xavier, 63-48, to advance to the 11-under final against Ateneo.
The championship matches in the tournament backed by Chooks To Go and Wilson will be played at the Greenhills West gym in San Juan.
