THE UCLAA (United Central Luzon Athletic Association) celebrates a decade of existence with the launch of its Season 10 basketball tournament on Saturday at the Pampanga State University Gym in Bacolod, Pampanga.
Ten schools led by defending champions PSU (formerly DHVSU) Honorians and last season's runner-up Angeles University Foundation are competing in the annual showpiece that has set the standards for basketball in Region 3.
