UNIVERSITY of the East ended its UAAP Season 80 juniors basketball campaign on a high note, beating University of the Philippines Integrated School, 94-85, on Sunday at the Blue Eagle Gym.

Andrei Dulalia had 24 points, 21 rebounds and three blocks, while Agem Miranda had 22 points and 10 rebounds for the Junior Warriors.

Shane Dichoso scored 20 for UE, which had a 58-47 second half to finish the regular season with a 2-12 card.

It was UE’s first official win on the court, its previous victory a forfeiture against National University after the Bullpups fielded an ineligible player.

Matt Santiago had 19 points, while Joelo Tupaz had 15 points and 10 rebounds for UPIS, which wound up with a 3-11 slate.
