NATIONAL University seeks an outright finals berth on Saturday when it faces De La Salle-Zobel in the UAAP Season 78 juniors basketball tournament at the Filoil Flying V Arena.

Led by Justine Baltazar and John Lloyd Clemente, the Bullpups seek to stay unbeaten in their 14th and final elimination round assignment against the Junior Archers in their 11 a.m. match-up.

NU is looking to duplicate its first round victory over the Aljun Melecio-led De La Salle side, 68-53, in the hope of gaining a thrice-to-beat advantage in the finals.

In other matches, Far Eastern University-Diliman and Ateneo battle at 1 p.m. in a match with implications on the seedings in the playoffs.

The Baby Tamaraws are currently in fourth place with an 8-5 win-loss slate, just a game behind the reigning champion Blue Eaglets (9-4).

University of the Philippines Integrated School faces University of the East at 9 a.m., while University of Santo Tomas takes on Adamson at 3 p.m.
