Encho Serrano, Gerry Abadiano show way as Adamson Baby Falcons beat NU Bullpups

ENCHO Serrano had 25 points, 10 rebounds, and three steals, while Gerry Abadiano had nine of his 13 points in the fourth as Adamson beat National University, 80-67, on Saturday to stay unbeaten in the UAAP Season 79 juniors basketball tournament at the Filoil Flying V Centre.

The Baby Falcons got off to a solid start, with Serrano scoring 12 points in their 28-8 first quarter en route to their third win in as many games.

The Bullpups kept the game close with a 25-19 third period to trail by only three points, 57-54, before Abadiano took over in the final period.

Winderlich Coyoca and John Paul Clemente added 16 points each for the Bullpups, who absorbed their first loss in three games.
