PRINCE Rivero of La Salle suffered a fractured finger that will sideline him for at least three weeks.

The incoming third-year forward sustained a fracture in his fourth metacarpal bone while playing for the Green Archers in the EDQ Cup against San Beda on Saturday.

The injury is not expected to hinder La Salle's preparations for the next UAAP tournament which opens later this year.

“Please pray for my fast recovery. I'll be out for about 3 weeks due to 4th metacarpal fracture. Thank you,” wrote Rivero on his Twitter account.

His brother Ricci posted a photo of the X-ray on Prince’s finger.
