Mamaril dropped 14 points, seven rebounds, four assists and a steal, as Clare Castro topscored for FEU with 21 points and also had 10 rebounds.
Fatima Quiapo had 14 points, seven boards and four dimes to help propel the Lady Tamaraws to solo second place at 6-2.
Jolina Go paced Ateneo (2-6) with 21 points and three rebounds, while Guytingco had 18 points, eight boards, five assists and four steals.
It was the Lady Eagles' sixth straight defeat after starting off the season with two wins.
In the first game, University of the East halted its three-game losing run with an 86-69 victory over La Salle.
Anna Marieny Requiron led the Lady Warriors with her monster statline of 22 points, 15 rebounds and five blocks, while Christine Cortizano got 21 points, four assists and three boards.
UE was just scorching hot in the game, going on a 51-percent clip from the field to blow La Salle away, 50-39 at halftime before eventually taking 22-point leads.
The Lady Warriors' solid shooting allowed them to rise to 2-6, while dealing the Lady Archers only their third defeat in eight games.
Ana Castillo led La Salle with 17 points and four rebounds, while Camille Castro got 15 points, five assists, and two boards.
