GRACE Irebu is the MVP anew for the UAAP Season 82 women's basketball tournament as the University of Santo Tomas center won the top individual plum in back-to-back years.
The Congolese bruiser netted 90 statistical points (SPs) after leading the Golden Tigresses with 21.9 points, 15.1 rebounds, 1.7 steals and 1.5 blocks as the Tigresses claimed the No. 2 seed in the stepladder semifinals.
Adamson's Mar Prado was a close runner-up with her 86 SPs after leading the league in scoring with 23.1 points, while also making 10.8 rebounds, 3.4 steals and 2.4 assists.

National University forward Jack Animam gathered 78.57 SPs with 15.0 points, 12.4 rebounds, 3.1 assists, 1.5 steals and 1.1 blocks to lead the Lady Bulldogs to another unbeaten run to the finals.
FEU center Clare Castro also earned her spot with 66.64 SPs, after averaging 15.8 points, 10.6 boards, and 3.4 blocks.

Rounding out the Mythical Five is La Salle guard Kent Pastrana who got 57 SPs as she led the Lady Archers with 16.1 points, 6.1 rebounds, 2.3 steals and 1.7 assists.
The guard from Silay City was also hailed as the Rookie of the Year.
