John Lagumen had 13 points, while Gerry Mahinay added 12 points and nine rebounds for the Red Cubs.
Ricci Rivero had 32 points for the Junior Blazers, who now sport a 5-5 win-loss card.
In other games, Leeian Salazar scored 27 points as Lyceum beat San Sebastian, 78-49, as the Junior Pirates improved their record to 7-3, while the Staglets fell to 3-8.
Mark Castillo had 22 points as Emilio Aguinaldo College defeated Letran, 87-77. The Brigadiers notched their fifth win in 11 games while the Squires fell to 4-7.
