SAN Beda clinched a twice-to-beat advantage in the NCAA Season 91 Final Four on Tuesday after a 77-73 win over Letran before a capacity crowd at The Arena in San Juan.

The Red Lions ended the elimination round with a 13-5 win-loss slate, assuring them of one of the two twice-to-beat spots in the semifinals in their quest to extend their reign in the country's oldest college league.

Ola Adeogun finished with 13 points and 15 rebounds while AC Soberano had 11 points including three three-pointer, all in the first half that saw the Red Lions take a commanding 43-25 lead.

The Knights' comeback in the final two minutes fell short.
