Scottie Thompson scored 29 points and had nine rebounds and eight assists to lead the way for the Las Pinas-based dribblers.
The Altas finished their elimination-round schedule with a 12th victory against six defeats, while handing the Stags their 12th loss in 17 outings.
San Sebastian set the pace and got ahead by 14, early in the third quarter, 47-33.
But the Altas trimmed the deficit by four by the end of 30 minutes of action and took control of the match in the fourth.
