POLICE visibility at the Mall of Asia Arena has not stopped scalpers from doing business with fans who want to witness deciding Game Three of the match between San Beda and Letran live in the flesh.

Spin.ph spotted at least four policemen within the vicinity of MO Arena on Thursday afternoon as fans trooped to the arena in time for the 4 p.m. match between the Red Lions and the Knights.

That, however, has not discouraged a lot of scalpers from doing their business, with patron tickets originally priced at P350 being sold at P1,500, or almost five times the face value.

Scalpers are also selling upper box tickets at P400 and general admission tickets between P150 and 300.

Tickets at the San Beda and Letran campuses were gone within hours of sale and fans are forced to turn to the black market for the coveted tickets.
