Mark Castillo had 23 points while Kerby Dulatre had 12 points and 10 rebounds for the Brigadiers, who improved to 3-4 with the close victory over the Squires.
Kiefer Cordero had 25 points for the Squires, who now hold a 3-5 win-loss card.
Lyceum beat San Sebastian, 88-82, to record its fifth win in eight outings.
Generoso Cecilio finished with 19 points for the Junior Pirates, which handed the Staglets their fifth loss in eight games.
