JON Ortouste and Spencer Pretta sparked a huge second-quarter run as San Sebastian bounced back with a 91-77 win over Emilio Aguinaldo College on Thursday in the NCAA Season 91 seniors basketball tournament at The Arena in San Juan.
Ortouste and Pretta combined for 25 of San Sebastian’s 35 points in the second quarter as the Stags avenged their 77-71 loss to EAC in the first round.

San Sebastian scored only its fourth win in 14 outings.
Ortouste had 10 of his 24 points in the second quarter to go along with six rebounds, seven assists, and three steals. Pretta scored 15 of his 19 points in the second period, going 5 for 9 from three-point range.
“Sabi ko sa kanila, wala namang pressure. Enjoy niyo lang ’yung last five games. Basta gusto ko lang, every game, may positive attitude,” said San Sebastian coach Rodney Santos.
San Sebastian still had anxious moments when EAC came close, 77-75, before the Stages went on an 8-0 run.
The Generals slipped to 2-12.
