IGEE King and Jorem Morada are back to play for the Emilio Aguinaldo College Generals in the NCAA.
The two will join holdovers including Francis Munsayac, Sidney Onwubere, and foreign player Laminou Hamadou, according to EAC coach Ariel Sison.
King was sidelined for the entire NCAA Season 91, while Morada left the team midway through the Generals’ campaign last year.
“We have the two players coming back. Si Jorem already played last year, umalis, pero pinabalik namin siya. The other one is Igee King,” said Sison, who took over the squad in November from Andy De Guzman.
King had his best season in 2014 when he averaged 13.7 points in three games for the Generals.
Before leaving the Generals, Morada made his mark by registering 18 points and 10 rebounds in a huge win over Letran, which eventually captured the Season 91 title.
King has one year left with the Generals and is happy to be able to return after sustaining an Achilles tendon injury.
“I recovered from that already (Achilles injury). Unfortunately, nagka-sprain ako this week pero hopefully in a week, I’ll be okay,” said King, son of PBA great Abe King.
Sison said the Generals are also still waiting for the full recovery of Munsayac and Onwubere before they see action in preseason tournaments.
The Generals finished dead last in Season 91. Although they were able to beat Letran during the elimination round, EAC only had two victories in 18 matches.
