G-JAY Ylagan scored 15 points as Perpetual Help beat Lyceum, 70-42, on Tuesday in the NCAA Season 91 seniors basketball tournament at The Arena in San Juan.

The Altas improved their win-loss record to 8-3 and stayed in third place as they bounced back from a loss to Mapua last week.

“Lesson ’yun eh.

Prince Eze had 18 points, 19 rebounds, and six blocks, while Scottie Thompson posted his fourth triple-double of the season with 13 points, 12 rebounds, and 10 assists for the Altas, who missed Bright Akhuetie in the second half due to a shoulder injury.

    The Pirates slipped to 3-8.
