ALYSSA Solomon and Lams Lamina have won championships and individual awards left and right in their time with National University, but on Tuesday afternoon the pair can finally say that they completed college.
And they did it by getting their respective degrees.
Solomon closed her collegiate journey by earning her degree in Business Administration, major in Marketing Management while Lamina completed her degree in Tourism Management just two months after leading the Lady Bulldogs secure back-to-back UAAP titles.

After winning three titles together in the juniors division, the pair brought their golden ways in college, making the finals all throughout their collegiate careers and winning three of four titles -- with Solomon winning the Season 86 Finals MVP and Lamina being named as Season 84 and 87 best setter.
But this is the time wherein they'll be parting ways.
After skipping the PVL draft last May, Solomon is now exploring overseas opportunities, aiming to follow in the footsteps of another NU great, Jaja Santiago, in Japan’s SV.League.
Recently, she suited up for Alas Pilipinas in the 2025 AVC Women’s Volleyball Nations Cup and the two SEA V.League legs, where they bagged bronze medals.
Lamina, on the other hand, will be back for one more year for the Lady Bulldogs as she'll look to lead National University to a three-peat and join UAAP volleyball elites La Salle, FEU and UST as the only schools to have completed a hattrick of title wins in women's volleyball.
They joined fellow NU stars and batchmates Bella Belen, Sheena Toring, and Erin Pangilinan, who received their degrees last May, just three days before winning their third championship.
