TRUTH be told, CJ Cansino has been dealing with anxiety for the past three months which culminated in his untimely departure from his beloved University of Santo Tomas.
The new University of the Philippines recruit bared to Anong Tunay?! the tribulations he went through for the past three months which led to the stunning turn of events in the past few days.
"Mental health, yun ang naging problema ko," he said.
Nahihirapan ako kumain at wala akong gana. Sobrang drained at exhausted ako last three months."

Cansino refused to elaborate on the matter but these issues, as sources implied, led to his strained relationship with coach Aldin Ayo and his eventual decision to leave the alleged bubble in Sorsogon.
That also led to him being kicked off the team, a decision which truly caught him off guard, leading to him questioning if there would still be teams willing to take him.
It turns out, there were and dominoes just fell from there as the CJ Cansino sweepstakes ensued, ending with the 20-year-old choosing to take his act to University of the Philippines.
Tough as the predicament was, Cansino told the public that his experience should be a lesson to never take mental health issues lightly.
Hindi ganoon kadali yun," he said.
