    UST looks to secure playoff for semis spot as Tigers battle also-ran Adamson Falcons

    UNIVERSITY of Santo Tomas looks to improve its semifinal bid when it battles Adamson on Saturday in the UAAP Season 82 men's basketball tournament at Ynares Center in Antipolo.

    Sitting at 7-6, the Growling Tigers must win this game to at least secure a playoff for a Final Four spot.

    Adamson leads with a 12-0 record followed by University of the Philippines at 8-4.

    UST is hoping to make it to the semis for the first time since in 2015.
