UNIVERSITY of the Philippines big man Chris Ball is on a day-to-day basis after spraining his ankle, according to head coach Rey Madrid.
Madrid said that Ball got injured during practice last week, forcing him to miss Saturday’s match against La Salle.
The Maroons lost the game, 63-85, for their ninth defeat in as many games.
Henri Asilum also got hurt in the fourth quarter of the match following his 18-point performance against the Archers, but is not expected to miss games after suffering from cramps.
“He was very comfortable, he was very steady. He just played extended minutes kaya nag-cramped up na siya,” Madrid said.
