THE UAAP will decide on Wednesday morning whether to postpone its basketball games due to typhoon ‘Glenda,’ according to its media bureau.
According to weather reports, ‘Glenda’ is expected to make landfall on Tuesday and will hit Metro Manila by Wednesday morning. Signal No. 2 has already been raised in Manila and outlying areas.
University of the East is set to play University of Santo Tomas at 2 p.m. while Far Eastern University is set to go up against Adamson at 4 p.m. on Wednesday at the Mall of Asia Arena.
The Red Warriors and the Tamaraws are going for their second win and gain a share of the league lead against teams who lost their opener over the weekend.
A quadruple header is also slated in the women's tournament on Wednesday at the Blue Eagle Gym.
