BEN Mbala said the La Salle Green Archers are ready for battle in the UAAP finals, and he is making sure he would do better this time as they try to hold off the upset-conscious Ateneo Blue Eagles.
During their second round match-up against the Blue Eagles, Mbala managed 17 points and 15 rebounds but turned the ball over seven times as the Archers suffered their first and only loss so far this season.
Mbala has vowed it won't happen again.

“We have to play better defense and we have to execute on offense,” said Mbala who posted league-best averages of 20.6 points, 16.0 rebounds, and 2.4 blocks.
The Cameroonian is also shrugging off the pressure of playing in another La Salle-Ateneo showdown set this Saturday.
“I will just go out there and play my game. After all, it is still a game and I think the team is mentally and physically prepared for whatever will come to us,” Mbala shared.
“The key for me will be good execution of our mayhem defense and teamwork.”
