ADAMSON notched its second win at the expense of National University, 83-76, on Sunday in the UAAP Season 80 basketball tournament at the Mall of Asia Arena.
The Falcons evened their record to 2-2, bouncing back from a loss to La Salle on Wednesday.
Adamson outscored NU, 24-13, in the second quarter to begin its pullaway, securing a share of fourth place with the Bulldogs and Far Eastern University.
Adamson coach Franz Pumaren said he was happy to see the true Falcons team against the Bulldogs.
"We learn from our mistakes already. If we looked back at our two losses, we really had a bad start. We played smarter basketball than in our last game," said Pumaren.

Jerie Pingoy was also outstanding with an all-around effort of 12 points, three rebounds, five rebounds and six steals.
