Arong buried the go-ahead basket for FEU with 3.7 seconds left after faking off Alfred Aroga.
As FEU stretched its winning streak, Arong’s confidence also continues to rise.
“Confident ako na ma-shu-shoot ko ’yung bola,” said Arong.
“Wala akong masabi kundi ang bait ni God para sa akin. Lalo na ‘yung last seconds na, wala akong laging binubulong kundi ’yung Bible verse na ‘I can do all things for Christ.’”
“Para sa akin ’yung play. Wala akong iniisip kundi ’yung Bible verse na ’yun,” Arong said.

“Credit to the coach at sa mga teammates ko. Talagang teamwork kami at hindi kami bumitaw till the end,” said Arong.
